chapter 6-9
crabbe ran away into the wilderness, he is camping leaving food everywhere and that night is attacked by a vear he wakes the next morning to find himself covered in vomit and begins washing. -
chapter 9-12
crabbe canos over a waterfall and breaks some ribs but a woman nemed mary has taken him under her wing and is fixing him up. he decides to stay with her awhile. -
chapter 12 to15
crabbe learns how to use a compas and map and how to find out exactly where he is when hes lost. -
17-20
mary sliped off a clif while her and crabbe were split up looking for firewood, crabbe burns her body. he walks back to camp after and he looks through marys old stuff, he finds that mary had been acused of killing her husband. brabbe decides he is ready to live his life to the fullest. -
chapter 1-5
crabbe describes his life at school and home, the gym teacher catches him drunk after class and he gets in trouble with the principal and his father is called in. -
15-17
crabbe and mary go on a raid to get food, the raid turns bad when drunk hunters crab mary and crabbe is left to save her, he lights a fire to the building and finds mary. the two start making there way back to their camp. -
20- endof book
crabbe makes the long treck back in a snowstorm he devolips hypothermia, frostbite and namonia. a trucker picked him up and drove him to the hospital where they amputated the fingers with frostbite. when crabbe came to he refused to give them his name but then thought better of it. his parents came in and it was tense but he moved back in with them and got a job.
