Jonathon's Life

Period: 1062 BCE to 1010 BCE

Jonathon is the son of Saul and best friends with David. Jonathon also helped David escape from his own father. Jonathon Died the same time his father did just in a different way.

Saul Crowned King

1050 BCE

Saul was crowned king by Samuel when he was looking for his donkeys. Saul only became king because the Israelites wanted to be like other nations.

David's life

Period: 1040 BCE to 970 BCE

David was a shepherded boy and he became king when he was young. David Killed Goliath and he then became king. David wrote several Psalms.

David Anointed by Samuel

1029 BCE

Samuel anointed David because Saul left God and went on his own ways. Samuel thought that David would be better so he called for his family.

Saul was rejected by God

1029 BCE

Saul becomes great in his own eyes. He was told to fight some group of people and did not and Samuel told Saul that God had rejected him.

David Slays the lions

1027 BCE

David was a shepherd boy and was watching his sheep and a lion come out of the bushes. He used his sling and killed the lions.

David plays for Saul

1026 BCE

Saul called for someone to calm him down and David came. David sat outside his room and played a song for him. Saul thought it was beautiful and calmed down.

David defeats Goliath

1025 BCE

David was bringing his brothers some things to war and fought against a giant. He used a sling and a rock then he chopped his head off with his own sword.

Saul hates David

1024 BCE

Saul hated David because everyone else loved David more then the loved Saul. And Saul new that David had been anointed new king.

David escapes to Samuel

1021 BCE

David runs to Samuel because Saul is after him. Saul is after him because he knows that Samuel anointed him king.

Saul Dies

1010 BCE

Saul was out in battle and he new he was going to die because he was surrounded. Saul feel on his sword and killed himself.

David is crowned king

1010 BCE

David becomes king after Saul dies and he starts to win lots of battles. He has his might men with him.

David is rebuked by Nathan

991 BCE

David sinned and Nathan is here to tell him what his consequence is. Nathan tells him that his child will die.

David Flees Jerusalem

978 BCE

David leaves Jerusalem because his own son is after him. His son was kicked out for killing his brother and know he is getting back at him.

David Numbers Israel

974 BCE

Satan told David to number the people of Israel and he listened. You are not supposed to number people because it will show how you have very little faith in your people and even more in God.

Solomon Is crowned king

972 BCE

Solomon is crowned king before David's dies. He becomes king after Adonijah makes himself king.

David Dies

970 BCE

David dies just because he is in an old age.

The Queen of Sheba

969 BCE

The queen of Sheba heard about what Solomon was doing. So she came to Solomon and asked him lots of question and Solomon gives her the truth. And then she believes him and trust him.

King Hiram

969 BCE

King Hiram helps Solomon build the temple. And tells him that he is a very wise man.

Solomon's temple

Solomon's temple took him seven years to build . He got helped from a king and he paid him for all that he did.

Solomon's fall

Solomon fall was when Solomon married 700 woman and then he started to fail from god and followed the gods of his wives.

Rehoboam

Rehoboam was the son of Solomon and reigned for seventeen years . He made lots of bad decision and turned against God.

Solomon's Death

931 BCE

Solomon Died and his son took over and mode the same mistake that he made.

Jeroboams Reign

931 BCE

Reigned for twenty one years. He did not walk in the way of the lord and did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He was king over Israel.

Abijah

929 BCE

Abijah and Abijam are the same person he married fourteen woman some before he was king. He had several sons and daughters.

Asa life and battle

927 BCE

Asa is son of Abijah and he is a good man. The lord blessed him because he took down most of the idols and other bad things. But he left up some of the temples. He also went up against with a Ethiopia with one million men.

Asa's God

914 BCE

Asa turned to God whenever he was distressed. God said do not leave me and you will get a reward. They made a covenant that if you do not follow the lord shall be put to death. Asa destroys all of his great grandmothers idols and all of her things.

Baasha's Reign

Period: 906 BCE to 883 BCE

Baasha reigned over Israel. He did what was evil in the sight of the lord. And God destroyed him.

Asa's Sickness

891 BCE

Asa's last year. Asa told Ben-hadad to destroy the wall that Baasha made. Asa takes his anger on the people when the did not do anything. Asa is mad because he can not admit that he did something wrong. Asa died after forty-one years of reigning Judah.

Jehoshaphat Reign

Period: 873 BCE to 849 BCE

Jehoshaphat reign for twenty five years also at the same time that Jehoram reigned. They were also like really close to each other.

Mount Carmel

861 BCE

When Elijah went up to Mount Carmel and prayed and prayed for rain because they had a drought. The called up all the prophets of Baal to see if Baal will burn it up.

The Mountain of God

861 BCE

Elijah is running from death and he asks God to kill him. But then an angel touches him and tell him to wake up and eat. Then he walk with the strength of the food he walked for forty days and forty nights.

Ahab goes to was with Ben-Hadad

Ben-hadad comes into the house of Ahab and says give me all of your things and do not let anything out. Elijah talked to Ahab telling him that you will win the battle and that Ben-Hadad is not making fun of you but he is making fun of God.

Ahab and Naboth

859 BCE

Ahab wants to buy Naboth Vineyard and he offered him everything. But Naboth says that the vineyard has been in his family for a long time and did not want to give it away. And Ahab just sat in is house and cried and cried because he was so mad. Jezebel told Ahab too get up and wash his face and she will take care of it. and Naboth was stoned to death for something he did not do. And Ahab got his vineyard.

Ahab died

857 BCE

Ahab died in battle when he was going up against Jehoshaphat because he dressed up like a regular solider. He got shot with arrows because people did not know who it actually was.

Ahaziah Reign- life

856 BCE

Ahaziah became king after Ahab because Ahab is Ahaziah's father. Ahaziah died after he did not listen to Elijah and God killed him before he made to bed.

Jehoram

856 BCE

Jehoram became king after Ahaziah died because Ahaziah did not have any kids. Jehoram was Ahaziah brother and his father was Jehoshaphat.

Elijah Taken to Heaven

852 BCE

Elijah was taken up by a whirlwind and Elisha is begging him to stay but both God and Elijah said that he needs to stay there because he was going to help people. Elisha also asked to double the better things then Elijah and he made Elijah made 8 miracles and Elisha did 16.

Jehoshaphat battle

851 BCE

At first, the alliance worked, but Ahab drew Jehoshaphat into a war that was against God's will. The great battle at Ramoth Gilead was a catastrophe. Only through the intervention of God did Jehoshaphat escape. Ahab was killed by an enemy arrow.

Jehoram The Son of Ahab

Jehoram became king after Ahaziah because he had no kids. Jehoram reigned for twelve years. Then the city filled with pools of water and some of the people thought it was blood.

Jehoram Reign

Jehoram reigned for ten years. Ahaziah is hi brother and Ahab is his father. They failed to fight the people of Moab.

Jehoram The Son of Jehoshaphat

849 BCE

Jehoram, son of Jehoshaphat and king of Judah, married Athaliah, daughter of Ahab, and was thus brother-in-law of the Jehoram of Israel. On ascending the throne Jehoram massacred his kinsmen.

Athaliah

Athaliah became queen after she killed the kings family except for one that was hidden in the house of the lord. And someone is hiding him there for six years then crowns him kings. When Athaliah see this she gets mad and runs down to the temple were they are crowning the little boy king. And the guards kill Athaliah behind the temple.

Joash

Joash became king when he was just seven years old. Joash was the youngest person crowned king. His step dad which is also his uncle was his mentor. And when Jehoiada died they all turned against god and went on praising some other people.

Jehoahaz

Jehoahaz became king over Israel after Joash died. He reigned for seventeen years. He was the son of Jehu.

Jehoash

Jehoash reigned in Israel for sixteen years. He also did what was evil in the sight of the lord. His father was Jehoahaz

Amaziah's Reign

Period: 847 BCE to 818 BCE

He reigned for 29 years over Judah. He started to reign when he was 25 years old. He did what was good in the sight of the lord.

Jeroboam 2 Reign

817 BCE

Joash the king of Israel is the father of Jeroboam. And he was not a very good king and did not follow in the way of the lord.

Zechariah Reign

816 BCE

Zechariah reigned in Israel for six months and did what was evil in the sight of the lord. And he did not depart from the ways of jeroboam. Someone conspired against him and killed him.

Shallum Reign

816 BCE

Shallum reigned in Israel for one month. He did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He reigned one month in Samaria.

Mehahem Reign

815 BCE

He reigned for ten years and did what was evil in the sight of the lord. The father of Menahem is Gadi and he did not depart from his sins at all. Menahem ripped open pregnant ladies to prove how powerful he is.

Pekahiah Reign

814 BCE

Pekahiah is the father of Menahem. And he reigned in Israel for two years. He did not turn away from the sins of Jeroboam and he did what was evil in the sight of the lord.

Pekah Reign

813 BCE

Pekah was the son Remaliah. And he did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He also reigned in Israel for twenty years.

Hoshea's Reign

792 BCE

Hoshea is the son of Elah and he did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He reigned over Israel for nine years and was not a very good king. Hoshea was throne in prison by the king and died there.

Uzziah

783 BCE

Uzziah reigned in Judah for fifty two years and his father was Amaziah. He did what was right in the sight of the lord. He set himself up so that god would help him.

Jotham

731 BCE

Jotham reigned in Judah for sixteen years and he did what was right in the sight of the lord. He built the upper gate of the house of the lord. He also built cites in the hill country. When Jotham went to battle the battle was in his hands.

Ahaz's Reign

715 BCE

Ahaz, the son of Jotham, allied himself with the Assyrian Empire, which allowed Judah to withstand the catastrophic invasion that destroyed the Northern Kingdom in 722. The Bible condemns him, however, for giving temple treasures as Assyrian tribute, and for allowing non-Yahwistic worship in Judah.

Hezekiah's Reign

715 BCE

Hezekiah reigned for 29 years when he was 25 years old.

Hezekiah and the Assyrians

705 BCE

The Assyrians wanted to fight the people because they needed more land. So they gave some of them the choice if they wanted to get a vineyard or get killed by the people. So some of the people went for the vineyard and they lost some people. They prayed to there lord and the lord killed 185,000 Assyrians.

Manasseh Reign's in Judah

600 BCE

Manasseh reigned in Judah for fifty five years. His father was Hezekiah. And he did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He is the worst king that Judah ever had because he was that bad. He burned his own sons in one of the offerings. Assyria comes in and attacks Manasseh and they take him back and then sell him as a slave. He humbled himself and prayed to God and god loves his prayer.

Amon reigned in Judah

599 BCE

Amon reigned in Judah for two years when he was twenty two years old. His father is Manasseh and his son also did what was evil in the sight of the lord. Amon is killed by his servants and they there him out.

Josiah's Reign

597 BCE

Josiah was a good king and he did what was good in the sight of the lord. He became king when he was just eight years old. And he reigned thirty one years in Judah. When he was eight years into his reign he started to follow the lord and he took down all of the idols and all of the other bad things.. Also when he reigned for about eighteen years he fixed and rebuilt the house of the lord.

Jehoiakim Reign

566 BCE

Jehoiakim is twenty five years old when he begins to reign and he did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He reigns in Judah for eleven years.

Jehoahaz Reign

566 BCE

Jehoahaz was twenty three years old when he was made himself king in his father place. He reigned in Judah for three months and did what was evil in the sight of the lord.

Jehoiachin reign

555 BCE

Jehoiachin was eighteen when he became king over Judah and he also did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He reigned over Judah for three months and ten days.

Zedekiah Reign

555 BCE

Zedekiah was twenty one years old and also did what was evil in the sight of the lord. He reigned over Judah for eleven years. He did not humble himself and stayed very evil.
