Saul is crowned king

Saul was anointed king by Samuel. Saul was from the tribe of Benjamin and he felt unworthy of being king. Even though he was king he still remained in the fields for several years.

Saul sins

At the beginning of his rain, he was a good king. He looked to God for guidance in his life. But then the power and pride got to his head

David anointed king

1040 BCE

David was anointed by Samuel. David was just a lowly shepherded boy. When he was first anointed he did not know the reason.

David kills the lion

David was a shepherd boy and to protect his sheep he had a sling so he could kill any animals that threatened his flok.

David defeats Goliath

The Philistines had a giant whoes name was Goliath. Everyone was too scared to fight him even king Saul. But David heard him blast the name of God and offered to kill the giant. And with only a sling and a stone, he defeated the giant

Saul goes after David

After hearing the woman of the city shooting Davids's praises over his own saul becomes full of hatred and anger towards David and tries to kill him right then and there but David got away before he could and that d=satrted sauls pursuit of David.

Philistia invasion

While Saul was off on a wild goose case the philistines had free rain over Israel.

Johnathan and Saul die

While in the misted of a battle Johnathan is killed. And Saul noticing the fact that they were losing by a great amount asked his warmer Barr to thrust his sword in him and that he would not die at the hands of the Philistines. The young man did not do it so Saul killed himself.

David and Bathsheba

David was up on the roof and he heard singing and he looked and saw Bathsheba taking a bath. He then wanted her and she became pregnant and he killed her husband that he could have her.

David's child dies

After David is confronted about his sin he is told the sword would never leave his house. And because of this his son with Bathsheba dies.

Amnon and Tamar

Tamar was rapped by Amnon. Her half brother

Absalom kills Amnon

Tamar was raped by her half-brother and her real brother killed him and was sent into exile for it.

Absalom tries to take revenge on his father

After coming out of exile Absolam starts up a rivalry against his father king David. He tries to take the throne but is killed in the proses.

David crowns Solomon king

Davids's son Adonijah tries to become king at the hand of Joab but David hears of this and he had promised that Solomon would be king so he makes him king.

David can not build the house of the lord

David had the vision to build a beautiful house for the lord but the Lord told him he could not because he had spilled too much blood and God said that his son Solomon should build it because he was not a man of war and he had not shed any blood.

David dies

After many years of life, David died of old age. He died in Jerusalem.

Solomon askes for wisdom

The Lord came to Solomon in a dream and said he would grant him anything he wanted and even with all the choices he asked for wisdom. And the Lord was very pleased with his request he made him the wised man with riches, honor, peace, and long life.

Queen of Sheba

She wanted to see Solomons's wisdom and riches and Solomon showed her everything. And she was very impressed with his riches and wisdom.

King Hiram

When King Solomon was building the temple the wealthy king from Tyre. He gave him men to help build it and he gave him materials. King Hiram was described as a very wise man.

Solomon builds the temple

David had always wanted to build a temple for the lord but he had too much blood on his hands so God said to let Solomon build it since he had never killed anyone. Now Solomon needed some help and the king of Tyra gave him men to build and supplies.

Solomon's Downfall

Solomon had many wives who were all from different places with different gods and he began to worship them. Most of the gods he worshiped horrible gods aka human sacrifice.

Solomon's death

After many years of being king and many divisions Solomon died and although he was supposed to be the wise man he made so very stupid mistakes and turned away from God to false gods.

Jeroboam

Jeroboam I was the first king of the northern Kingdom of Israel. The Hebrew Bible describes the reign of Jeroboam to have commenced following a revolt of the ten northern Israelite tribes against Rehoboam that put an end to the United Monarchy. Jeroboam reigned for 22 years.

Rehoboam

the last monarch of the United Kingdom of Israel and the first monarch of the Kingdom of Judah after the former's split. He was a son of and the successor to Solomon and a grandson of David.

Abijah

the fourth king of the House of David and the second of the Kingdom of Judah. He was the son of Rehoboam and the grandson of Solomon. The Books of Chronicles refer to him as Abijah.

Nadab

Nadab was the second king of the northern Israelite Kingdom of Israel. He was the son and successor of Jeroboam

reigned for 41 years. Rest for ten years which means no war in the first 10 years she was a good king who looked to God and the Lord gave him peace. At the end of the e10 years, he went to war with the Ethiopians who had 1 million men. And Asa had less than half of a million men and he still won.

Elah

Not a good king. killed by the Zimri king for two years.

Mount Carmel

Elijah had to prove that his God was the real and only God and so he challenged the prophets of Baal to go up to Mount Carmel and see which god would send rain down on the earth.

Married to Jezebel. Very evil and worship ideals married the lady who was "married" to bail

Jezebel wants to kill Elijah

When Elijah got the word that he was being hunted down by Jezebel he ran away and asked God to kill him and he went to sleep and when he woke there was an angle who made him food that was able to fill him for 40 days and he did not eat or sleep.

Naboth's Vineyard

Naboth had a vineyard that was very plentiful and Ahad really wanted it so he asked to buy it from him and Naboth said no so ahead went home and cried about it and jezebel killed Naboth so her wimp of a husband could have what he wanted.

Ahab Dies

Ahad was told by a prophet that he would not live through the battle and so he dressed up as a normal soldier and was still killed.

Ahaziah

Since he was not a good guy when he was fighting in a battle he fell and sent a guy to ask if he would recover and the answer he got he was not happy with and so he sent 50 men to confront this prophet and kill him but when the got the prophet he burned them with fire and then the king sent two mire groups of 50 and the on group died but our begged for mercy. Jehoshaphat

Jehoshaphat, according to 1 Kings 15:24, was the son of Asa, and the fourth king of the Kingdom of Judah, in succession to his father. His children included Jehoram, who succeeded him as king. His mother was Azubah. Historically, his name has sometimes been connected with the Valley of Josaphat.

He was rescued from the hand of the Queen and he lived in the temple for 6 years till the queen was killed and he was crowned king he became king when he was six and he was a good king till the high priest dead. then he killed his half-brother/ cousin in the temple.

Jehoahaz

Jehoahaz the Lord for a deliverer to relieve Israel from Aramean oppression, and He provided a savior for Israel, who is not named. The Arameans were defeated, but this left Jehoahaz with an army reduced to 50 horsemen, 10 chariots, and 10,000-foot soldiers.

He reigned as king of Israel for 16 years and led the Israelites through some decisive battles, including a war with the kingdom of Judah.

Bad king, he was king for ten years there was one city that would not listen to him so he went to war against them and destroyed them, and to show his power he did something very gruesome.

Son of Jabesh the king of Judah reigned for one month in Samaira he killed Shallum the son of Jabesh and ruled in his place. He was a bad king.

Was one of the longest-reigning kings he was king for 52 years and he did what was good in the eyes of the Lord.

Jotham reigns in Judah

Jotham was twenty-five years old when he began to reign and he reigned for sixteen years in Jerusalem and he did what was right in the sight of the lord.

Son of Jeroboam who was king for 6 months did what was evil in the sight of the Lord as his fathers had done.

He was written as the worst king ever and he did everything evil in the sight of the lord he had the longest reign and participated in all types of evil but once he was captured and was sold into slavery he humbled himself to God and God forgave him and in the last few years of his rain he laid his people in good.

Josiah

Even though he was only 8 when he began his reign he did what was right in the sight of the lord. he found the " book of the law" and he read it to the people and he wished to have all of Judah abide by it. He restored the temple to be good again and he was kill for 31 years.

The 8th year of his reign

He started destroying all the idols in Juda and in Israel. As they were cleaning out the temple they found the book of the law so he was following God without knowing the law.
