    The doctors apparently gave Alexei aspirin to help with his hemophilia. This could easily be accurate as aspirin (or its equivalent) has been used for thousands of years. However, the issue lies in the fact that aspirin is a blood thinner. Why would they give a hemophiliac a blood thinner? Rasputin called for the doctors to stop giving him the aspirin. This may have contributed to his "Miraculous" healing, This caused the royal family to put their faith into Rasputin.
