Education: National Autonomous University of Mexico. Marcos went to school for 4 years from 1977-1981. He loved going to school and learning about how to be in the military. -

1983 the army (Zapatista National Liberation Army) Marcos joined is founded. Then he joined a year later. He is one of the first because no one wanted to attend until he did. -
