    Sancho Garcés I

    He was king of Pamplona between the years 905 and 925. Son of García Jiménez and his second wife, Dadildis de Pallars, he was the first king of the Jimena dynasty, in the year 905.

    Sancho Garcés III

    Sancho Garcés III was nicknamed the Greater or the Great, he was king of Pamplona from 1004 until his death. His reign is considered the period of greatest hegemony of the kingdom of Pamplona over the Spanish-Christian sphere in all its history. He dominated by marriage in Castilla, Álava and Monzón in the years 1028-1035.

    Sancho VI el sabio

    First to definitively abandon the title of King of Pamplona to adopt that of King of Navarra. Son of García Ramírez el Restaurador and his first wife Margarita de l'Aigle.When trying to approach Ramón Berenguer IV, Alfonso VII reacted by signing with the count the Treaty of Tudilén (January 27, 1151) by which they agreed to divide the Navarrese territory.

    Sancho el Fuerte

    He was king of Navarra between 1194 and 1234, the year in which he died in the castle of Tudela, Navarra. He was the son and successor of Sancho VI "the Wise", of the Jimena dynasty, and brother of Berenguela de Navarra, married to Ricardo Corazón de León.In 1196 an interview sponsored by the Holy See was conducted where the three kingdoms of Castile, Aragon and Navarra were, at a point between Agreda and Tarazona, to try to unite the Christian kingdoms.

    Teovaldo I

    He was King of Navarre (1234-1253) and Count of Champagne and Brie as Tybalt IV (1201-1253).He sealed pacts with Castile, Aragon and England, which allowed him to consolidate himself in the crown. He governed helped by nobles of Champagne, who received important positions. He reduced the importance of land holdings as a territorial division and established four large districts entrusted to Merinos, to whom he attributed fiscal and public order functions.

    Carlos III

    He was King of Navarre (1387-1425), Count of Evreux (1387-1404) and Duke of Nemours (1404-1425). He was the son and successor of Carlos II el Malo and Juana de Valois.He instituted the title of Prince of Viana in 1423 for the heirs to the throne of the Navarrese kingdom. The first to hold this title was his grandson Carlos. Also in this year he signed the Privilege of the Union. At the beginning of his reign he created the Order of the White Greyhound, which bore the motto "A Buena Fe."

    Blanca I

    Belonging to the Évreux dynasty, she was queen consort of Sicily between 1401-1409, and queen proprietor of Navarre from 1425 until her death.The childless death of her older sister the Infanta Juana de Navarra, Countess of Foix and heir to the kingdom (July 1413), leaves her as the next in line to succeed the throne of Navarre. This fact forces his father to repeatedly ask him to return to his side.
