Section 6- The Death of Lennie
Passage 6: In the passage, George's hand is shaking badly because he doesn't want to do it. He cares for Lennie a lot and thats why Goerge tells him all about the little place with a cow, and of course rabbits since Lennie seems to really like them. He is calm towards him even with his hand trembiling with the gun in it. He wants Lennie to die happy and George lets him know he's not mad. George isn't killing Lennie because he's mad, or because lennies a burden but to put him out of his misery.
