He hosted the John Locke Lectures in Oxford. (1983)
He also hosted the Gavin David Young Lectures in Australia. (1985)
He then hosted the Tanner Lecture in Michigan. (1986) He continues to host lectures around the world though he is still in the field of study though he is now winding down in his later years. -
