He set sail to spain but went island to island finding little resources. He sailed home leaving 40 sailors in Haiti. -

He visited Trinidad and the South American mainland. He went back to the Hispaniola settlement where the natives staged a revolt against the columbus brothers and their sailors. -

He went on his last journey becaused he promised to find a route to the indian ocean. His ship was wrecked by a storm and he was stranded in cuba. The cubans refused to give them food because they were tiered of the spaniards obssesion with gold and riches. -

He threatened to take away the moon from them for starving them and sure enough, two years later, there was a lunar eclipse and it alarmed the natives. They gave them food and gold and a rescue team came and got them. -

He was able to gain back some of his riches. The only problem was he didnt live much longer after. -
