He had to get moved to this hospital because the VI Corps Field Hospital was closing down. He was annoyed that he had to move hospitals. -

He had to get moved because there were too many people wounded and there were not many nurses that could help all of them. -

She went to Annapolis to speak to the district commander. She and Daniel were inpatient and the mail takes longer to deliver. -

Daniel was given the disability discharge on September 17th, 1862. He was taken out of the army because he got wounded in the Battle of Savage Station. -

Daniel was finally home on September 23rd, 1862. His mother was happy that she could finally be with her son again. -
