All The Mourning
John lost the best connection with a family memner. He coped with it, by accepting the loss. -
A Loss
John's great grandmother passes away. -
Steve's Problem
Steve starts to drink every weekend. John tells him that alcohol affects your body in bad ways. It tends to get very addicitng. Im concerned you'll get caught and get in trouble. Just stop or at least be careful John told him. -
Yet Another
John loses yet another family member, this time it was worse. He lost his father in a work related accident. -
How Did He Feel?
John felt like bad and blamed himself. Until later just accepting he couldn't do anything to fix it. H felt way better during the acceptance stage. -
John Learnt
John figure out his family has a past of Diabetes. He realizes he needs to eat more healthy. -
Smoke
John's mom decided to start smoking again. He is worried his mom might get lung cancer. Also that his mom's blood pressure might raise from it. Finally John was worried that there will be less oxygen carried through the blood. -
The Party
John told Jack that if he drove hom drunk he could go to jail for a long time. Jack thought about it and still tried. Then John told him think about how your jeopardizing your life. -
A Whole Week
John has been home for two days now with the flu. He tried flu medicine to treat it but it didnt work. Then he tried just sleeping it off still did not work. Fianlyl he went to buy some over the counter drugs. He thought tht next year he will get vaccinated, he will take vitamins, and just stay germ free. -
Abstinent Forever
his mom told him to take a hobbie. He could travel or even spend more time with your family.
