The two look very happy as they are looking at each other, possibly just to smile for the camera or to show they really are content together. I can also infer that they have some opposites, like their clothing choices. Blake is in a hoodie and jeans while Gwen is wearing all designer clothing, possibly to show that she likes to show her wealth and he doesn't. -

Blake released a new album in 2015 that he believed would be a hit. On the album cover, he is dressed very casual, to represent that he isn’t a very showy person and is comfortable being himself. He also titled the album with “20 #1 Hits” in the name to show he is confident in his music and showed it off in an assertive way. Blake does an interview right before the 10th season of "The Voice" talking about the inspiration, motives, and beginning of the show. He has been there for all 10 seasons and didn't believe it would be so successful. Blake says that he is an "open book and honest" and the most inspiring part of the show is the process of watching a contestant's voice come together ("Blake"). People's Choice Awards
At the 2017 People's Choice Awards, Blake won both "Favorite Album" and "Favorite Male Country Artist". He went on stage to accept the awards by first thanking his management & studio, because he knows they put in a lot of work for him and don't get as much credit as they should. He also gives a shout out to his date, Gwen, and even says "the hottest date here tonight" to show off his relationship. -
