Suni Ali, dies when riding his horse through a river and the horse falls over. -

After Suni Ali's death, a year later, Askia the Great is crowned king. -

Askia's Pilgramage
Since Askia was a Muslim, he had to make his sacred journey to Mecca. He brought many horseman and tons of gold on his trip. Most of that gold he gave out to people on his trip. -
