On April 20th Adolf Hitler was born. This event is Historical significance because it marked the day that someone would soon create alot of pain that would change history. -
Deathdate of Alois
January 3rd marked the day that Alois Hitlers father passed away from a lung hemmorage. This was a bitter sweet day because although he was a strict man, he kept Hitler in line and pushed him to do the right thing. Continuity and Change
After this happened hitlers attitude towards things changed. He dropped out of school and was a changed person. -
Death of Klara
Hitlers mother Klara dies of breast cancer. Adolf and his mother were very close so when she passed he gave up on everything. Dropped out of school and became a person that didnt want anything anymore. Continuity and change
He changed after she passed away and it created a new person -
Vienna
After the passing of his mother, Adolf decided to move to Vienna to try and pursue his career in the arts. Historical Significance
This is the starting of the path that Adolf would later follow down in pursuit to the war. -
Call to war
In 1909 Hitler gets an army order from Austria but because of his hate for Austria he declines the offer. Ethical Dimension
This event contains a little bit of Dimension to it. Even though he declined the offer to go to war, he still later on would go which was difficult to understand why. -

While in Vienna Adolf tryed to get into school for the arts. But after being rejected he decided that he was going to try something a little different. Historical Significance
This is where Hitler really took a turn for the person he was going to become and is a major point in his life. -
German work party
Adolf Hitler was ordered in September 1919 to investigate a small group in Munich known as the German Workers' Party. Historical Significance
Although Hitler was only supposed to investigate the worker party he ended up becoming a memeber and was such a heavy believer about things that his opinion was always heard -
War *
After being rejected from school Adolf volunteers to go into war for Germany. Ethical dimension
This marks a significant date where he went into war and became the man he was. He went from going to art school to being filled with built up anger and going to war and becoming a strong willed dangerous man. -
Battling
Hitler battled through the second battle of Ypres and came out with no serious injuries Historical Perspective
This shows the importance of this battle through many different eyes and shows how strong hitler was and how determined he was to fight. -
Mustard Gas
After participating all throughout WW1 hitler was hit with mustard gas. Although he was blind he regaained his sight but was very depressed while recovering. Cause and Effect
this is cause and effect because you cant go through somethiing so big without having a cost to pay and Hitler once again proved his strength to everybody. -
Nazi party formed
The Nazi party was promed in 1920 from the german work party that only had 7 members. Historical significance
This is historical significance because if was the start of one of the biggest battles to come -
Hitler is Discharged from the Army and Begins Participating Full-Time in the German Workers' Party (DAP)
Hitler was discharged from the army in March 1920 and continued participating full time in the party Historical Signifcance
Since Adolf was discharged he had alot of time on his hands to plan acts for the party which wasnt necessarily good for other countries -
Leader
Adolf was named the leader of the Nazi party and took control over all activities Historical significance and Cause and effet
Since he believed so strongly this was the outcome and everyone was worried for what he would initially do -
Treason
Adolf went on trial for treason after the putsch but this wasnt the end of his political career Historical erspective
He was never worried and knew he would make a return -
5 year sentance imprisonment *
Hitler fled to the home of Ernst Hanfstaengl and wanted to commit suicide.But he was soon arrested for high treason. Cause and Effect
This is cause and effect because what goes around comes around and due to his act of violence he got the consequence of jail time. -
Released
A couple days after christmas Adolf was released from prison after 9 months. He realized it had been wrong to attempt to overthrow the democratic government by force without the support of the German Army. This is Ethical DImension because he has learned from his mistakes and doesnt want to go back to his old ways yet he is still the same man he was and will still make mistakes to come. -
The meeting
Born in Munich Eva Braun was the second daughter of school teacher Friedrich Braun and Franziska Kronberger. When Adolf met her he instantly fell in love and wanted to be with her. Historical significance
Now that he has realized his mistakes and is trying to fix them an occupation is what he needed and this is significant to his life because while with Eva he realizes things that he never did before -
Running for president
In 1932 Adolf decided he wanted to run for German president. This is continuity and change because he has turned himself around and changed himself from what he used to be, now wanting to be president has taken a change from wanting to overcome goverment. -
Citizenship
In febuary of 1932 Adolf was granted German citizenship inorder to run for president and although he didnt win the elections he still came close. Adolf was running out of hope at this point and he didnt want anything else to go wrong. This is Ethical dimension because he has done good throughout. -
Deathdate *
Adolf Hitler killed himself by gunshot on 30 April 1945 in Berlin. His wife Eva committed suicide with him by taking cyanide. He decided he no longer wanted to live or be likked by the people he disliked and that disliked him so he did it himself with his wife.
This is cause and effect.. When you get into something so big you cant come out of it easily which is what he thought and he couldnt. The cause of his actions lead to the effect of him killing himself and was a big deal.
