    Money can make people do all types of things and it can make people feel like they have power. The government has the power over who will get the money, students who want to go to college, or give the money away to criminals. In the story Mr. Norton would give away money to people from the college so he can feel like he has power over them.

    The invisible man gave a speech about Booker T. when he was so nervous he quoted him wrong and his fellow white classmates laughed at him. Also these young black boys were forced to crawl on a rug for some coins when the whit men who forced them were shocking them. It was an electric rug.
  • chapter 2

    This man named trueblood from the college that the invisible man is attending has impregnated his own daughter. Trueblood over loved his daughter. He had a love for her like a father shouldn%u2019t. This man Norton gave him money because Norton felt the same way about his own daughter. Trueblood did something to his daughter that Norton wishes to do.
  • chapter 4

    When Norton and invisible man arrive back to the college Norton incest on seeing Dr. Bledsoe the president of the college. Dr. Bledsoe tells invisible man to attend the service that he will be giving to night. Dr. Bledsoe thinks that invisible man was responsible for what had happen. Later that day when he goes and checks on Norton he tells him that he told Dr. Bledsoe it was not his fault.

    A man named reverend Homer A Barbee was telling the story of the founder of the college that invisible man is attending. It was said that he was a former slave and was almost blind his cousin, had to be in a coma for nine days. When he recovered he went south to get his education, and then devoted his life to the college. After he was done speaking the man almost fell and invisible caught him, he realized that he was blind.

    This man thinks of himself as an invisible man because of his color. It really moved him when a white man bumped into him a called him an insulting name. The man realized that he really is invisible to other people. Now the man lives in a place with 1.369 light bulbs and listens to jazz music.
