He was born the 17th of February 1653 ,Corelli was born at Fusignano, in the current-day province of Ravenna, although at the time it was in the province of Ferrara. -

His death came on January 8, 1713, about to turn sixty years of age.His body was embalmed and protected by a triple coffin of lead, cypress and chestnut, was buried in the church of Santa Maria della Rotonda (Pantheon), in the chapel of San José.
