Years later Sapallani did again this experiment but with properly sterilized material and found out that as Redi proved life does not appear out of thin air. Then when he opened the broth, quickly bacterias entered, this left us with a question, does air currents make and bring life? -
Louis Pasteur
Pasteur wanted to finaly probe wrong the spontaneous generation theory and made a special flask with a swan neck wich allowed to have an air flow but that bacetries and miroorganisms to saty out of the broth. This genious invention worked out and proved the spontaneous generation theory wrong.
