Trust vs. Mistrust
Latte McSteamy is one and a half years old. His mother is very kind to him and responds to his needs when he is hungry or needs his diaper changed. His dad however tends to ignore him and doesn't respond to his needs.The crises is that Latte McSteamy is learning that some people can be trusted (in this case trusted to take care of him) and that there are others he cant rely on or trust (his dad). -
Identity vs. Role Confusion
Latte McSteamy is exploring the complex social dynamics of being in high school. If Latte McSteamy is able to form a sort of self-identity he will be able to create bonds and meaningful relationships with others and make decisions that will affect the future. If he feels the need to fit in and become someone he is not he may experience role confusion. -
Intimacy vs. Isolation
Latte McSteamy is now graduating from college and it is now time to make important decisions pertaining to his career and relationships. he will be able to form deep connections with others and experience the joys of companionship and love. However, if he is unable to do so he may experience feelings of isolation and loneliness, which can have negative effects on his mental and physical health.
