    Karl Popper was known as a hero to many scientists. Popper studied math, physics, and philosophy at the University of Vienna. He was given his doctrine degree in psychology. He moved from Europe to London after the war years in New Zealand. He became famous because he continually demanded questions and interrupted others while they spoke. He had a conformation with Wittgenstein regarding the latter’s turf at Cambridge University. It had to do with Wittgenstein waving a fire iron around

    Popper became bored of school in 1918. He became interested in the Scientific Method after quit school. The first thing that Popper wanted to accomplish was understand scientific theories and non-scientific theories. Popper called the problem of distinguishing science from non-science the “Problem of demarcation” (Godfrey 2003). In 1919, he became heavily involved in left-wing politics, joined the Association of Socialist School Students and became for a time a Marxist.(Pugh, 2017)

    Karl Popper successfully passed an exam that was not needed so that he could be registered in the University of Vienna. He received his teaching primary school diploma in 1925, after two years of taking and passing the second exam. Most importantly, Popper served as a social worker for neglected children. By serving as a social worker Popper meet the requirements to enter the Pedagogical Institute as a PhD student. In this institute he was able to take PhD in philosophy.

    Aware of the Nazi threat to Jews, Popper emigrated to New Zealand in 1937 to take up a lectureship at Canterbury University.(Pugh, 2017) Popper decided to involve himself into the logic of scientific investigation. Popper made the decision because of his thesis advisers, Karl Buhler and Heinrich Gomperz. While he was in New Zealand, Popper began his writings. One of the writings was named, The Open Society and its Enemies. It blamed Plato, Marx, and Hegel for World War II.
