Cyclops Polyphemus is first considered as showin hospitality at first, but then he turned bitter inside. He took away two of Odysseus men and by this timeOdysseus has lost several men and couldn’t afford to lose any more. He imprisoned Odysseus and the rest in his home/cave for future and wanted meals. . Most of these significant events happened BC and there isn’t really a date to appoint, but overall I’m pretty sure Odysseus was mad that he got captured and someway somehow he had to escape.
