Beginning of the movie
This scene is when Hiro Vimota is in a bot fights against Yama and then wins. -
Tadashi saves Hiro from Yama's thugs who are about to beat him up
Tadashi saves Hiro from Yama's thugs who are about to beat him up. He tells Hiro to hop on his scooter. Then while think they were safe the police pull up. -
After the fight, they get arrested for illegally betting on bot fights.

After the fight
His aunt picks him and his older brother Tadashi up to go home. -
Tadashi takes Hiro to his lab
Hiro is going back out to go do more bot fights but his brother thinks its a bad idea so he tricks him into thinking he was going to take him when he actually takes him to his science lab. -
Characters are introduced
This is where Baymax and all of the other main characters are introduced. Hiro asks why they all have funny nicknames and then he finds out Fred is the one that gives the nicknames. -
Hiro's ideas to blow away Callaghan
Hiro wants to get into the nerd school really bad so he has to come up with a new invention that blows everyone's minds -
Presentation day
Hiro has made micro-bots that can be controlled with your mind. So sure enough everyone is impressed including Callaghan and all the other professors that are scouting for new students. After they go out to celebrate but the school burns down and Tadashi didn't make it out of the fire after going back in to save Callaghan. -
Hiro and Baymax go on an adventure.
After Hiro drops a nano-bot on his toe Baymax is alerted and then Hiro keeps getting hurt. Then while trying to put Baymax away he finds a microbot and then baymax finds out where the microbots are and they are in a factory controlled by a masked man who we don't know yet. -
Police Report
He tells a police officer about the incident and the police officer doesn't believe him. While at the police station BayMax has a low battery which causes him not be able to talk. -
Baymax becomes a fighter
Hiro does scenes from a fighting movie to teach Baymax how to fight against the masked person with the microbots. But when they try to fight the person in the mask they lose immediately which becomes a car chase scene. -
Recovery of the fight
They get superhero suits customed by each ones learning features. so all of have superhuman abilities. BayMax pretty much becomes Iron man. -
Rematch against masked man
As they go into the building they encounter a bird and they get spooked so they use their gear but they all miss. Then they find out that an innocent girl is stuck in a different dimension. Then they have another fight resulting in the mask falling off to see who is behind the mask which is Callaghan. Hiro gets so mad he sends Baymax to kill him but fails so Callaghan gets away with the mask. -
Hiro finds out about Tadashi's failed attempts of BayMax
After the fight, BayMax keeps saying Tadashi's here. Hiro gets made at BayMax but he puts his head against his belly and then BayMax plays some videos of Tadashi. -
The others come back to help
As Hiro is watching the tapes. The others walk in and start to hug him and say they are sorry about what happened. -
Final battle
They fight him at Krei tech while Krei is making a speech and then takes him, hostage when they try to fight him all of them get stuck in some sort of way where that have to look for a way around it. Sending all of the Microbots in the portal so Callahan can't us the microbots. Then when he knows he is defeated baymax destroys the mask. -
Saving Abigail
BayMax and Hiro go into the portal to save Abigal but as they are taking the ship back some unexpected debris makes it so Baymax's suit gets destroyed. So Baymax sacrifices his life for Hiro and Abigail. -
Callaghan gets arrested
After Abigail is saved Callaghan sees that his daughter goes into the ambulance and then he gets put into the back of a cop car. -
BayMax isn't dead
When Hiro is putting away all of the stuff he grabs BayMax's rocket arm that he used to save him. Then Hiro does the fist bump and then BayMax's arm opens up just a little bit but Hiro sees the chip. -
Stan Lee scene
As Fred is talking to a painting of his dad Stan Lee he presses a secret button that opens a door to a new room. Thats when Stan Lee makes his entrance.
