Its beginnings

He also flourished as a composer and in 1782 completed the opera The Rape in the Seraglio, which was released on July 16 of that same year, garnering enormous acclaim. Despite the fact that Mozart still has not reached its final maturity and depth, this work expresses perhaps for the first time the dramatic dimension seen in the later operas of the composer of Salzburg. This opera gave Mozart the greatest theatrical success he would know in life. -
