Two British piolets made the first successful flight across the Atlantic Ocean from Newfoundland to Ireland. I think this is important because air planes were just invented not too long ago at this time period and they successfully traveled. Which means that transporting people and goods will be easier. -
Facist March to Rome
30,000 Fascists marched to Rome they demanded that they wanted King Victor put Mussolini in charge of the government. Then the King decided that Mussolini was the best hope for his dynasty to survive. Then after widespread violence and threatened uprising, he took power legally. He abolished democracy and outlawed all political parties except the Fascists and he outlawed strikes. I think this is important because a new leader came into power and changed a lot of big idea's around -
Stock prices
Investors began to think that stock prices would go down, so they started selling their stocks. Hoping that prices would go down, but unfortunately they never did. I think this is important because stocks were very important back then and the stock prices were getting higher but everyone thought they would lower. So they decided to sell their stocks which was a bad idea. -
Stock Crisis
The gradual lowering of stock prices had become an all-out slide downward. People started to panic. Everyone wanted to sell their stocks but no one wanted to buy. A record 16 million stocks were sold, then the market collapsed. I think this is important because this is the time where stocks finally crashed and it was a big deal to everyone and it’s a big part in history. -

Mussolini attacks Ethiopia
Mussolini ordered a massive invasion of Ethiopia. The Ethiopians were no match for the Italians airplanes, tanks, guns and poison gas. Nothing really changed from this battle. Britain still allowed Italian troops and their supplies pass through British controlled areas. This is important because this shows the type of people there was back then and that countries didn't care about one another. -
Cars

Nazi mobs attacked Jews
Nazi mobs attacked Jews in their homes and on the streets. They destroyed their homes, streets, and Jewish owned buildings. This rampage was called Kristallnacht. It signaled that the process of eliminating the Jews from the German life was beginning. This is important because I don’t think any person should get treated for their beliefs and it shows the type of world they lived in back then and also how people were accepted.
