Calvin Coolidge
Calvin passed the immgration act of 1924 which cut the number of immigrants allowed to come to the US. He cut the taxes the were imposed during the war time. He agreed with the Kellog-brian pact which was a pact of countries who felt that war was not the answer to solve disputes.
