Birth
Hugo was born July 28 1954 in a small town called sabaneta he was the second of six living boys and his parent were both school teachers. They did not make enough money so him and his older brother were raised in the city by their grandmother. -
when he grew up
In 1971 hugo entered into a military academy. He wanted to be a professional baseball player but he was not so good at being a left handed pitcher.so he dropped out and chose to do more studies to become a soldier. -
What He Became In Life
In 1975 hugo graduated near the bottom of his class he did not have that much money and unruly. He also started his military career as a second lieutenant.His first assignment was to capture the remaining leftist guerrillas. He did not go through with it he began to emphasize with them seeing them a peasants and they were just fighting for a better life. -
A Huge Shock
In 1977 hugo found out that his brother was secretly working with the insurgents. Hugo made arrangements to meet Douglas Bravo witch is in charge of Venezuelan Revolution Party a former leader of the FALN.he inspired hugo to stay in the army. -
The Next Few Steps
In 1982 Hugo and some fellow officers secretly formed the Bolivarian Movement.200 to spread integers revolutionary ideology within the military.Their life goal was to take power. -
A Plan That Did Not Work
In 1992 hugo and a group of military officers tried to attempt to overthrow the government.what happened was the rebellion quickly collapsed why the other leaders captured there target but hugo could not complete the key part of the operation. They could not capture the president. -
When It All Began
In 1994 pres was bowing to hugo growing properly.Dropped charges and then founded the political party Movement of the Fifth Republic were adding more to the military oficers.As an outsider hugo was able to capitalized on widespread discount. -
Presidant
In 1998 he won the election for being our new presidanat. He won with 56 percent of the votes. He took office in feb 1999 his first year he was popular with 80 %. -
Death
March 5 2013 is when hugo died. Hugo died of a heart attack after 19 years of being president. He could not speak but his lips said it they said he did not want to die.
