Background Information
Harry is a wizard.Both of his parents were killed by Voldemort (the protagonist) when he was only one but he lived and came away with only a scar but no one knows how.Harry was sent off to live with his aunt and uncle who hate magic.He didn't know he was a wizard until six years before this story when he was sent a letter from a wizarding school where he meets all other characters.Now at seventeen years old Harry is ready to defeat Voldemort for a sixth and final time. -
The beginning
The first mention of Harry in this story he is preparing to leave the Dursley's (aunt and uncles) for the last time to go fight Lord Voldemort he is terrified but excited to finally be doing something to fight against him. Harry is emptying his school trunk and separating it into must have piles, and things he'll leave behind for his aunt and uncle to deal with. -
Leaving
When Harry is leaving he's helped by his friends who not only care about him but are also doing it because they realize he has to be the one to kill Voldemort. When Harry and his escorts leave 6 of them are disguised as Harry incase Voldemort has heard this is when Harry is leaving so the other six are decoys. When Harry is almost to the safe house he is ambushed and his pet owl Hedwig who has been there through the the story is killed by a Voldemort supporter. -
Aftermath
When Harry arrives at the safe house one of his rescuers had been killed and one severely injured. He begins to blame himself and tries to leave but his friends talk him out of it by making him realize if he leaves it will get not only him killed but anyone looking for him killed also. -
The Wedding
During a wedding between two of Harry's friends a messenger comes to tell everyone the the minister of magic(like a president) has been killed by Voldemort and his supporters. The wedding was raided by Voldemort's supporters searching for Harry who then very quickly went on the run with his two closest friends. -
First Encounter
After Harry, Hermione, and Ron(two close friends) left the wedding they are in London at coffee shop. About 15 minutes after entering two men enter after Harry feeling suspicious of them for a few minutes they turned around and started hurling curses at them. After battling for 10 minutes Harry and his friends won but without killing them and then fled wondering how they found them so fast. -
A Place To Hide
Harry and his friends then retreat to his dead god fathers house where they're planning how to take down Voldemort. -
Ministry
After weeks of planning Harry, Ron, and Hermione go into the ministry to retrieve a thing that will help them defeat Voldemort. They get it from a ladies office and plan to destroy it but can't because they need a specific weapon to destroy them. -
The Woods
After they stole the necklace from the ministry they retreated into the woods and started hiding out moving every week or so covering there trails as well as they could. -
Loss of a Friend
While Harry and Hermione we're discussing a way to find out to destroy the object Ron was sitting there frustrated because he felt like he was being left out and thought they would be fine without him so he left. Harry and Hermione had to leave soon and they tried to leave clues for him in case he was looking for them. -
Godric's Hollow
In an attempt to find the ever allusive sword that will finally rid them of that terrible item they go to Godric's hollow. An old lady brings them into her house without saying a word then when she gets Harry alone a snake leaps out from her mouth and attacks him sending him sprawling and losing his wand. When Hermione comes and helps the snake gets away while Harry and Hermione are left injured and with Harry's broken wand. -
He was lost now he is found
Harry is taking watch over the tent and Hermione when he sees a silver doe appear going on a hunch he follows it to a frozen pond. Under the pond he spots the thing he most desires the weapon he can use to finally destroy that horrible object that he has around his neck for safe keeping. When he dives into the pond to retrieve the weapon the necklace starts choking him while he is drowning he reaches out for the sword and is then pulled out by Ron who had been searching for him, -
Capture
Shortly after they find Ron a gang of "snatchers" (men who look for wanted people) finds them but just before they are captured Hermione purposefully injures Harry's face causing it to swell and him becoming nearly unrecognizable. The snatchers then take them to one of Harry's old schoolmates to see if who they think he is is true. His schoolmate realizes great it is indeed Harry but tells them otherwise out of the kindness of his heart. -
Escape
A house elf named Donny that feels he is loyal and in debt to Harry helps Harry, Ron,Hermione, and a few others escape the house and go to Ron's older brothers house where they are safe to form plans and recuperate. -
Gringotts
After a few months of planning Harry, Ron, Hermione, and there new found but not very reliable partner Griphook(goblin) plan to break into a vault for another object. When they get into the vault Griphook leaves and traps them there yelling about thieves because he can blend in with the goblin guards. To escape without being killed Harry, Ron, and Hermione find the fastest thing they can and it comes in the shape of a dragon. -
Back to School
Harry realizing the last battle and the two last objects had to be hidden at his and Voldemorts old wizard info school returns there and tells the students and teachers to prepare to fight but before it can he Ron and Hermione have to destroy the objects first. -
The Battle
Voldemort sends all his forces at hog warts while the Teachers and students do everything they can to protect the school and children. When this happens an all out war breaks out with people fighting everywhere all so Harry doesn't die at this point it really shows how much friendship matters to most people(theme?). Then after about 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours the battle stops and Voldemort calls for Harry. -
The Last Stand....
Harry decides to go where Voldemort is calling him to willingly be killed and stop all the killing and bloodshed. That's exactly what happens except it doesn't when Harry is "killed" he experiences a conversation with the old headmaster Dumbledore making him wonder if he really is dead. After this conversation Harry wakes up and realizes he isn't dead but has to wait for the perfect time to escape and he does. He escapes just before Dumbledore turns the students into traitors because of fear. -
The Final Duel.
As Harry escapes his friend Neville kills the last object needed to weaken Voldemort which injures him severely. Harry then duels with Voldemort in the duel that will decide wizarding history and Harry wins killing Voldemort but giving him a human death where he falls and his eyes roll back. -
It's Over
After the battle and duel all that was left was to round up Voldemorts supporters and send them off to prison. Harry, Ron, and Hermione all lived long happy lives after those fateful seven years.
