In the army
Fulgencio Batista served in the army 1921 and 1933. He then became the rank of sargeant and gained a following group. He made a revolt called the “sergeants revolt.” -
Fulgencio Presidency
Fulgencio Batista president in 1933 and ended as president in 1944. Then eight years later he was an autocrat for 1952 to 1959 which means he became a political leader. -

After his term ended in 1944, Batista traveled abroad and lived for a while in Florida, where he invested part of the huge sums he had acquired in Cuba. Fulgencio Batista was overthrown during the Cuban Revolution. He had been overthrown by Fidel Castro. He had been overthrown of the military dictatorship and Fidel Castro took his place and ruled for five decades before handing off his throne to his younger brother. -

Fulgencio Batista died August 6, 1973, Marbella, Spain. He died from natural causes.
