    Grade: C because he took away the protestant's freedom of religion, but he also supported the arts and tried to free France from Bourbon rule (shedding blood in the process).

    Grade: B because he fought in lots of wars, but he compensated his defeated enemies for their losses. Also, the people were unhappy with this, wanting the French to gain more land.
