She was the scientist who took X- Rays of DNA. One of her photographs provided key insights into DNA structure. Other scientists used it as the basis for their DNA model and took credit for the discovery. Sadly the others won the Nobel Peace Prize, and she died of ovarie cancer in 1958. -
