  • Execution at Salem

    Goerge Burroughs, John Willard, John Proctor, Martha Carrier, and Geage Jacobs were exectued at Salem. There was a great number of spectators. Some people thought they were all innocent.
  • Giles Cory

    Giles Cory was pressed to death for standing mute. GIles suffered much pain. All this pain was in vain.
  • Doras Hoar

    A petition was sent to town in behalf of Dorcas Hoar. An order was sent to the sheriff to hold off on her execution. She was the first condemned person to confess. There was a warrent for her to die the next day.
  • Prayers

    Samuel prayed that God would pardon his sinful ways and direct him into the future. He also prayed that God would bless the Assembly om ther debates. Another thing he prayed for was for God to save New England as to enemies and witchcraft and vindicate.
  • Bill

    He gave a copy of the bill he put up to Mr. Willars as he passed by. In that afternoon he stood up and read it. When he was finished he took a bow.
