    Benito Juarez full name is Benito Pablo Juarez. Born on March 21 1806 in San Pablo Guelatao, Oaxaca, Mexico. His parents were Mesoamerican Indians.

    In 1829 Benito entered Oaxaca Institute of Arts and Sciences. Which is now known as the Benito Juarez Autonomous University of Oaxaca. He entered the Institute to study law and science. Before he entered the Institute he wanted to study to be a priest.

    In the 1830’s Benito got into politics. He was a member of the state and national legislatures. In 1841 he became a judge. He was the governor of Mexico which brought him into national prominence.

He never used it as a personal gain because of his simple way of life and his tastes. He was not the type of person to brag about things, said by many people.

    It was the date of May 5, 1862 the French suffered from loss at Puebla. With changes they were able to take over Mexico City in June 1863. The Maximilian later came to take control over the government which was when Benito Juarez was the president of Mexico.

    Benito Juarez sadly died on July 18, 1872. He is known for making the end of the 19th century a lot better for Mexico/ Latin America. He made the economy and the relationship between French and Mexico a lot better. Many people liked him because he made the relationship much better and many people liked him because he made Mexico more modern in the 19th century.
