Cincinatus was a retired genral and thaen he went on and farmed 4 acers on his land when one day people showed up and asked him if he would go and lead and army so he did. Then when he came back and they asked him to be the dictator of rome and he said no. (civic vurtue- doing something good for your own contry) He went back to his land and continued to work his farm.
