    In 1940, Thomas Kuhn enrolled in Harvard University in pursuit of his B.S. in Physics. Thomas Kuhn decided to take summer classes after America had declared war on Japan in WWII. Because of this, Thomas Kuhn graduated summa cum laude in 1943.
  • Thomas Kuhn starts teaching at Harvard

    After graduating in 1943, Thomas Kuhn worked with the Radio Research Laboratory. During this time, not only was Kuhn working towards earning his Masters in Physics, which he did in 1946, but he spent a considerable amount of time working in a war torn Europe. in 1948, with Thomas Kuhn being 1 year away from earning his PhD, he decides to teach the History of Science at his alma mater, Harvard.
