Winter arrives to New York -
Soapy sits on a bench in Madison Square -
Soapy Daydreams about spending winter in prison where he wont go neither cold not hungry -
Soapy lays out his plan to be arrested and sent into the Island prison. -
Soapy goes to the finest restaurant in place, mind made up to eat and not pay, yet gets kicked out due to his appearance -
He throws a stone to break a store's window, but doesn't get caught due to him looking unsuspicious. -
He tries the restaurant strategy once more but once he finishes eating without paying he just gets kicked out once again. -
Soapy tries to annoy a young lady next, bothering her into calling the cops, yet utterly fails. -
He acts drunk and starts making a fuss, but is dismissed by the cops as "another college boy". -
This time, he goes for stealing and umbrella, however the supposed owner of the umbrella wasn't such and gets a guilty conscience once Soapy suggests calling the cops, thus leaving the umbrella behind. -
Dejected, Soapy heads home. (The park bench in Maddison Square) -
He stumbles across a church and hears an awe-inspirin anthem which takes him back to his childhood and inspires him to turn over a new leaf -
A cop sees him and considers him suspicious, thus arresting Soapy. -
He tries to argue his way out, only to get a three month sentence on the Island.
