Plane Crash
On his way back home, Billy was in a plane crash in Vermont which didn't kill him but sent him to the hospital, unlike the death of Valencia's father who died as soon as it happened. -
Valencia dies
Having heard about the crash, Valencia is on her way to see Billy in the hospital, but a previous car accident that screwed up her exhaust allowed for the exhaust to trap itself in her car along with her and she died due to carbon monoxide poisoning -
The death of Billy Pilgrim
Billy knew he was going to die on a specific day, withing an hour of when it was going to happen. He was asked if he wanted protection and argued he did not. Later on, he was shot by an assassin hired by Lazaro who was avenging Weary's death.
