Life of Muhammad
Muhammad was borm in 570 C.E. in the city of Mecca. In 610 he had his first revelation, he had a few early followers from this start but some of the people who didn't believe him chased him off , he was welcomed however, into Medina so he ended up staying there. In 632 Muhammad fell ill and passed away.

Era of Rightly guided caliphs is a term used by Sunni Islam which refered to the 30 year reign of the caliphs. It was considered a golden Age during the time of which the first four successors of Muhammad ruled. It was an establishment of Arab Muslim rule.

Persia lost to the Arabs in the battle of Kadisiya in 637 CE. The last sassanian emporer escaped but was assasinated in 651 CE, mulims took over Persia directly after conquering it.

When the Islamic prophet Muhammad died back in 632 a war broke out shortly after concerning some issues that some people saw. In the end the people broke of into two different groups the sunnis and the shi'a. The people who favored the Umayyads were the Sunnis, the shi'a had other beliefs than them.

They overthrew the Umayyad caliphates, and when the mongols took over Baghdad and killed the last caliphate they brought that era to and end.
