Auerbach one goal was to win a ring for himself and the team. Auerbach always wanted to persue greatness until he knew he has achieved. Everytime they lost a game, he would blame himself and no one else because he thought you have to make yourself better before pointing out anyone.

Celtics had alot of problem on there hands and still end up till today the best dynsaty because of Auerbach. First with Chuck Cooper then to Bob Cousy coming straight off from highschool. They still manage to get 14 players, groom them and make them better. At the end Phil Jackson and Auerbach were remebered as the best coach.
