    Roxy came up with the plan of putting Chambers in Toms clothing. After doing this, she finds out that the boys look the same. She chooses to do this so Chambers doesn't get sold down the river as a slave.
  • Death

    Death
    Judge Driscoll's wife dies. Since she dies, Roxy is set free from being a slave.
  • The letter

    The letter
    Aunty Patsy had an add in the paper looking to rent a room in her house. She has advertised it for quite some time and finally received a letter from a boy in Italy. The two boys names are Luigi and Angelo. The boys arrive after a storm, and Dawsons Landing comes alive. The boys bring talent with them. Aunt Patsy and Rowena are honored to have the main connection to the boys.
  • The haunted house

    The haunted house
    Tom requests that Roxy tells Tom what she knows. Roxy says to meet Tom at the haunted house. Tom shows up at the haunted house. Roxy expresses that Tom isn't actually who he is and that he is in reality a black slave. Tom has a hard time processing this information. Roxy demands several things from Tom in order for her to not tell Driscoll.
  • Fingerprints declare the killing

    Fingerprints declare the killing
    Tom raids Aunt Patsys house for belongings and takes a knife, that he things has no significance. Wilson asks to read Luigis hand. When Wilson studies it, he is hesitant to say it but declares that Luigi has killed someone. Luigi then goes on and tells him that the only reason he did it was to protect Angelo. Luigi stabbed the servant with a the special knife that Tom stole.
  • The party

    The party
    John Buckstone invites Luigi and Angelo to a Rum Party. Luigi accepts, Angelo is skeptical about it but still accepts the invitation. The twins go to the party and get elected into the club. Due to Angelo not drinking, he doesn't want to be a member. Since the meeting is already happening his membership has to stay in tact until the next meeting. Tom becomes very obnoxious due to drinking too much, he begins saying things he shouldn't be saying and Luigi pushes him into the crowd.
  • Fishing Trip

    Fishing Trip
    Judge Driscoll and his best friend Pembroke Howard set off to go fishing. A man comes along and has information about Tom won a lawsuit against Luigi. Driscoll is at first impressed that Tom finally did something on his own without his uncles help, however he soon finds out that instead of an actual duel, he took it to the court. Judge Driscoll is angry with Tom and takes him out of the will, once again.
  • The duel

    The duel
    Since Tom refuses to be in a duel with Luigi, Judge Driscoll challenges him. The duel is to be held between the haunted house and Wilsons house. Pembroke Howard will be representing Driscoll, Wilson will be representing Luigi. Each competitor is to have 3 shots. No one was killed in the duel, however Roxy had her nose grazed by a bullet and some of Driscolls hair was snipped off by a shot. Luigi was hit in 3 places- the shoulder, hand, and cheek.
  • Street meeting

    Street meeting
    Constable Blake, Wilson, and Tom meet up on the street. Tom does some harassing and asks how the investigation is going. The word gets out to pawnbrokers about the thief and the knife. Tom comes up with a theory that Luigi never actually had a knife and that he only said it too look cool. Tom admits that he was scared to fight Luigi because he is a confessed killer. There is a $500 reward for the knife and equal value for the thief. The Pawnbrokers were notified through signs and letters.
  • The St. Louis Plan

    The St. Louis Plan
    Tom goes to St. Louis with a goal of selling some of his items he stole to get money for his debt. However when on the boat, trying to get there he got robbed. Roxy has a plan for Tom. Roxy's plan is that she knows she is worth about $600. Tom is to sell her as a slave and in a year he will buy her back. Tom sends Roxy off to a cotton farm in Arkansas. Roxy is ok at first, until she gets on the boat and really realizes what is going on.
  • The election speech

    Judge Driscoll is to his end with the twins. He made a campaign speech about them. At first he tries to just drop simple hints to not vote for them. He begins to call the twins assassins, back alley barbers disguised as nobilities, peanut peddlers masquerading as gentlemen, and that all they were was side show riffraff. Pudd'nhead is elected as the mayor, and the boys are not elected into office.
  • A strange man

    A strange man
    Tom is in his hotel room in St. Louis. Roxy appears, not as herself but dressed as a man. Before Tom knew it was Roxy, he was having a breakdown. Roxy goes through and tells Tom about her abuse that she's went through in the last couple months. Roxy expressed to Tom that she has escaped, however they are looking for her with a reward. Roxy claimed that the actual man she was supposed to work for was fine, however his wife was jealous over her. During the time Roxy also met an orphan girl.

    The plan to be free
    Once Roxy escaped from the plantation, she had an idea for Tom to buy her back. Roxy demands Tom to go back to his uncle and ask him for enough money to buy Roxy back out of the plantation. Tom refuses to ask his uncle, instead he will steal it. When Tom get's the money together, he needs to send the bill of sale to Pudd'nhead to ensure her freedom. If Tom doesn't do this, Roxy will tell Driscoll everything and Tom will then be sold down the river.
  • The Robbery and Killing

    The Robbery and Killing
    Tom finds his disguise, and heads to Driscolls place. His plan is to go to his private room and then his bedroom to steal the key for his safe. When he arrives, there is a cash box and bank notes next to him. When Tom goes to grab it, Driscoll tries to grab him and screams. He then stabs Driscoll, and kills him. Tom runs out the back door and the neighbors show up. Tom runs to the haunted house to burn the disguise. Everyone wonders what is going on.
  • The final case

    The final case
    Tom went to visit Wilson. As Tom was studying Roxy's fingerprints, Wilson notices the same fingerprint that is on the knife was now on the glass too. Wilson chases Tom away, and begins to investigate. He concludes that Tom was switched at birth and he was the one that stole the knife. Wilson takes the case to court, has the evidence, and gives a lesson about fingerprints. Wilson proves to everyone that he is guilty. Tom is then handcuffed and taken out of the court room.
