When Tiger Woods was only 2 years old he appeared on the Mike Douglas Show. He was showing off his early golfing skills by winning a putting contest with Bob Hope. Over the next several years he will prove that he is the best golfer the world has ever seen in years. -
Growth (Tiger Woods winnng Amateur title)
In 1980, Tiger Woods starts working with his first coach Rudy Duran. Over the next 14 years, he continues to work on his skills. In 1992, he successfully defended his U.S. Junior Amateur Championship. He became the first person to ever win the championship more than once. In 1993, he won it for the 3rd time. -
Maturity (Tiger winning masters)
In 1996, Tiger Woods turned professional. He wins his first golf tournament at the 1996 Las Vegas International. He goes on to win his first Major on April 13, 1997. He will go on to win a total of 14 Major championships and a total of 79 PGA victories. -
Decline (troubles - professional and personal life)
On Novembre 27th, 2009 Tiger Woods was caught cheating by his wife. It was a start of a 3-year decline. He started to lose contracts and endorsements. He did not win a tournament for the next 3 years. The public started to think that he wasn't going to win another tournament again. -
Decision Poingt (new focus after back operations)
In May 2014, Tiger Woods announced that he needed to get a back operation. Soon after in September 2015 he got a 2nd back operation. After these operations up to now, he has not won any more tournaments. After these back operations, he had said he feels much improved. Although Tiger Woods has not won any tournaments in the last 3 year. He sill made over 55 million.
