    Odysseus lands on the goddess Calypso's island. He spends seven years there.

    King Alcinious
    Odysseus sets sail from Calypso's island, and is welcomed by King Alcinious and is asked to tell his adventures.

  • Cyclops

    Cyclops
    Odysseus travels to the land of the Cyclopes. He feasts on the Cyclops' cheese. When the Cyclops came back to the cave he trapped Odysseus and his men in the cave. He feasts on Odysseus' men. Odysseus made a plan to stab out the Cyclops' eye. He inebreated the Cyclops and told him that his name is Nohbdy. He carried out his plan, but he made the mistake of telling the Cyclops his real name.

  • Scylla

    Scylla
    Oddysseus leads his men toward Scylla, not telling them of the dangers. Scylla attacks his men, just as prophesized.

  • Homecoming

    Athena tells him of the suitors trying to kill him. She disguises him as an old beggar. Odysseus comes home and reveals himself to his son, Telemechus
