In the beginning of the book, young Charlie is beginning his first year of high school and is trying to make the best out of it, But Charlie is shy and doesn't know how to approach people. Charlie meets Patrick and Sam, two upper class man and joins them at a football game at their school. They went out to eat and ended up taking Charlie home. -
Charlies Night Out
Charlie becomes more comfortable with hanging out with Sam and Patrick and decides to go to a party. He went to a kid named Bobby's house that took place in his basement. Charlie had mentioned that he was a little hungry so he ate a brownie not knowing that it contained weed. -
Tis' The Season
The Holidays are coming and Thanksgiving is here. Charlie and his Family are having Thanksgiving Dinner at his Aunts house and they are watching Charlies older brother play college football. Every one seemed to be on their best behavior and didn't fight for once! -
Time to Party!
Charlie is invited to Sam and Patrick's house to exchange presents for Secret Santa. He meets their parents for the first time and he didn't awkward or weird. He enjoyed his time and gave Sam a present that was given to him by his Aunt Helen.
