Real Madrid tied 1-1 during the Champions league semi-final. The game went to penalty shootouts and during the toin coss to see who shooted first, Real Madrid won. So Casillas had to choose if he wanted to shoot first or last. He made the difficult decision of choosing to shoot last and this then was one of the reason why they won. This shows how he is a great decision maker. -

He stated during an interview that he want to be "at the top of the table by the end of dicember." He wanted to be the number 1 team of spain. This shows how Casillas is postive and hope filled. -

Real Madrid decided to sell some of the most important players of the team and even fired the coach. They them bought new players, hired a new coach and caused a lot of changes in the team. Casillas stated in his interview that he would "embrace the change" and would "welcome the new players." This shows how Casillas is a change master, he doesn't use change as an excuse but the other way around, he sees it as an oportunity of improving.
