This is a major accomplishment because it is the basis of modern money. Coins were used from then on throughout british history for money and are still used today. This also keeps Britian from becoming too technologically behind other civilizations. Jihong Bridge constructed

Chinese invent the Sundial
The Sundial is an ancient tool used to tell time depending on where the sun was in the sky. The sun would cast a shadow onto the sundial and depending on where the shadow ends was the time. This was one of the many technological inventions during the Tang and Song dynasties. This invention would be utilised by many different civilizations. Caesar named perpetual Dictator
Becoming Supreme Ruler of Rome was Caesars goal from when he was a child. This is a major and very rare accomplishment seeing that he is the first person to be named dictator for life in Rome. When he became dictator though, his personality changed. He became a lot more snoody and proper. This snoodiness would make people dislike him a lot more, especially the Senate. Julius Caesar is murdered by the Senate.
On March 15, 44 B.C. Julius Caesar was stabbed to death by the Senate. This day is known as The Ides of March. He was betrayed by the people that he trusted, including his best friend, Brutus. When he became dictator, he tried to take all of the Senates power and give it to himself and this made them mad. His legacy would act as a precedent for future Emperors of Rome to follow. Caesar defeated last of Pompeys forces
Caesar finally defeated his arch rival, Pompey, after 4 years of Civil War. His army killed one of Pompeys sons, Cnaeus, in Southern Spain and the other, Sextus, fled.This is the first time he has had full power of the Empire. Civil war broke out between Pompey and Caesar.
Because of these two rulers big ego's, they couldn't co-rule with each other. They each wanted to have all of the power. This caused a civil war to start between the two of them and their armies. This war would lead to the climax of his military career. It proved to the Empire and the world that he was the best leader aand he should be the lone ruler of Rome. The conquering of Gaul would become one of his best military accomplishments. This event showed the empire that he was serious and a great military leader. When her father Ptolemy xii died in 51 BC, she wasn't the first in line to the thone. She had two older brothers whom she co-ruled with.
