    Joshua is voted in as School Captain of Burraga Public School.
    In Year 6 Joshua was voted in by his peers he was very proud and honoured to represent his school and town. This was very welcome as his sister had the same honour just 2 years earlier.

    Joshua was looking forward to his next step in his educational journey. Joshua was starting secondary in a new town as his home town did not have a secondary school.

    Joshua was finishing his schooling at the end of year 10 to pursue his passion in the shearing industry. He was very excited about the next chapter of his life travelling Australia shearing. Joshua was about to embark on a huge learning adventure that would shape the rest of his life.

    Joshua had enrolled at Curtin University via Open Universities Australia. After 17 years of living his dream of shearing at the peak of his potential Joshua decided to take on a higher education to become a educator himself after having a baby girl Stella, u prior to his enrolment to Curtin University. Joshua will be studying very hard for his bachelor of primary education. The biggest reward for Joshua will be to have more time at home to spend with his beautiful family.
