Joseph's Dream
When Joseph was seventeen years old, he had a dream. When Joseph had this dream he told it to his brothers and they hated him. Joseph told him that his dream was about his brother sheaves bowing down to his. His brothers were very angry thinking he thought he would rule over them. -
Sold into Slavery
His brothers always hated Joseph, so they sold him into slavery and didn't think twice about it. They kept taughnting him and would say, "Here comes the Dreamer" -
Joseph in Egypt
Joseph arrived into Egypt after his brothers sold him. Joseph was Potiphars right hand man. He did absolutly everything for him. -
Potphar's Wife
Potiphar's wife grew very fond of him. She tried to convince Joseph to come to bed with her. Joseph refused and she kept prompting him, she said that she was the most important and that her husband would not know. -
Cupbbearer and the Baker
The two men had the exact same dream. When Joseph went to the prison, he talked to two different men. They didn't know what their dreams meant, and Joseph told them that interpretations belong to God. They explained what the dream was and Joseph told them that the branches represented three different days. -
Pharoah's Dream
Pharoah had a dream and he did not know what it meant. He asked many wise men, but they were not wise with the Lord. He then asked Joseph to help him figure out what it meant. Joseph explainede that God had revealed there was going to be a drought in Egypt for seven whole years. -
Joseph in Charge of Egypt
When Pharaoh had found out what was going to happen in the days to come, he told Joseph that he was going to be the King of Egypt. At this time in Joseph's life he was 30 years old. -
Joseph's Brothers go to Egypt
Josephs brothers went to Egypt their father commanded them to because there was a famine in their own land. When they got there, They were acused of being spies. They were taken to Joseph. He kept them for 3 days, then he released them and told his servants to fill their bags with grain and give them their silver back. They did this and then went on their way back to their home. -
The Second Journey to Egypt
The famine was still very very bad by this time. Isreal asked why you brought this trouble upon yourself by saying he had a anoter brother. The brothers brought their youngest brother back to Egypt when they took Benjamin to Joseph he told his servents to take them back to the house and prepare a meal. -
A Silver Cup
Joseph ordered one of his servants to place a silver cup into Benjamins bag. Then after his brothers had left, he told one of his people to go after his brothers. The men said that if it was found, the person would have to spend the rest of his life being Joseph's slave. Joseph was testing his brothers honesty right now. -
Joseph Makes Himself Known
Joseph at once told everyone to leave the room except for his brothers. Then at this time Joseph told his brothers who he really was and they could not believe it. They were filled with shock. Joseph wanted to know if his father was still living, he asked his brothers to go back to his land and bring his father, he told them not to quarrel on the way.
