Desides to move west because there a war going on in the philopys, family dead from desease. Although he here that you can have freedom and land in The U.S. so he begens to put monney together to get there. -
Angle Island
Finds his way to Angle Island after a mounth, and gets through the medical test easaly. Although has a hard time through the rest and is almost sent back to the philippines. -
Mugged
Walking aroud one day looking for work, 4 men beat him up and took almost all of his monney exept for a ten dollars he put in his shoes -
Finding Work
When searching for work one way sherwin finds a railroad company. So he agrees to work for them because there is no one holding him back because his family got sick and died. -
Foot gets crushed
Foot gets crushed by a wagon, luckly the wagon was emptey but it still broke his foot. Although the people who had there wagon crush his foot gave him a place he could ride on there wagon while they move west. -
Moving West
Begens moving west because sherwin sees the opertanaty of land and not belonging to a company but wirkingn for himself on his own land. Also the housing in the currebt place he lives is realy bad from small and smells bad. -
Natives
When moving west and after had left the people with the wwagon then found a tribe. they were kind to him although he was only there for a mounth of him being there they let him stay. They said he could stay as long as he learned there laugage and help the other people. -
Leaves Native Amricans
Leaves native amricans because of the laws forcing them out of there land, and gets land in the west. Although feels bad for the Native Americans and left his land and found the native amricans that were possible going to move and he helps them.
