Pap kidnaps Huck and takes him to live in the woods.
Pap goes to court with Judge Thatcher to try and get Huck's money and he also tried to prevent huck from going to school. Then, one day, he kidnaps huck and takes him to a cabin in the woods. -
Huck escapes from Pap's cabin
Huck gets tired of being locked in the cabin so he tries to escape. He finds a saw and makes a hole in the cabin, then he kills a pig to fake his death, then he gathers supplies and escapes on a canoe. -
Huck Finds Jim
Huck gets to Jacksons island after sailing down the river a while. On the islands he finds Jim and learns that he ran away in fear of getting sold by Miss Watson. -
The Separation
Huck and Jim were heading up the Ohio River on their way to Cairo. They get stuck in a fog and Huck gets separated from Jim and the raft. -
The Grangerfords
Huck finds himself at the Grangerford house after getting separated from Jim. He stays with them for a while and begins to like them. -
The Fued
While with the Grangerfords huck witnesses a gunfight between the Grangerfords and the Stepherdsons. People from both sides get killed. Huck gets scared and run off. Huck is glad to find Jim and the raft and they sail off. -
The Duke and The King
Huck and Jim came across two men on shore who said they were being chased. They both tell stories about the scams they did. One of them men Say he is a Duke and other a King. Huck doesn't believe them but decides its better not to argue with them -
Sherburn Kills Boggs
They travel to Arkansas and Huck and The Duke go to town. A drunk named Bogs rides through town threatening to kill people. Sherburn warn him to stop or he'll kill him. When he doesn't Sherburn shoots Boggs on the middle of town infront of his daughter -
The Wilks Brothers
The King and Huck meet a boy and he tells them all about Peter Wilks and how he died. The King tells the Duke and they decide to pretend to be the Wilks brothers as a part of their scams. Huck was so disgsuted by this. -
Saving Jim
Huck finds out that the Duke sold Jim to a man named Silas Phelps. He think of writing a letter to Miss Watson but realizes that she will only sell him se he decides he's going to save Jim himself. He goes there looking for Jim and realizes that is Silas is Toms uncle. -
Tom's Plan
Huck Tells Tom all about Jim and he comes up with a plan to save him that involves them sawing Jim's leg off, Jim writng his coat of arm inn blood, and writing a journal. Tom want his plan to be just like the books he reads. -
Last Chapter
After freeing Jim Tom says that Miss Watson dies 2 months ago and and Jim was free all along. Huck learns that pap is dead and he gets his $6,000 dollars. Aunt Sally wants to adopt Huck and "sivilize" him but he has been there before and has had enough of it so he decides to head west
