The Crash
Brian was riding in a Cessna 406 (bushplane) nd the pilot had a heartattack. The plane crashed in an "L" shaped lake. -
Swarms
Swarms of mosquitos and some small black flies Brian had never seen before swarmed him. He spat them out , every time he cleared a spot more came. He thought about nature documentaries that showed animals prancing around having a good time. Nobody ever said anything about swarms of mosquitos and flies. -
Thirst
Brian woke up after the first day and had a raging thirst. Felt that if he didn't get water soon that he would shrivel up and die. He went to the lake and hesitated because noone had ever whether or not you could drink lake water. He said to himself, I will only take a sip, but once felt the cool lake water tripple past his cracked lips he could not stop, he dunked his head into the water and took big gulps of water huge gulps. -
Building a shelter
Brian found a rock overhang for a roof. He went and found wood wove it together to make a leanto. -
The Bear
Brian was picking rasberries and he heard something behind him. He turned around and a bear was standing right in front (or behing whatever way you look at it) of him. He waited and waited until it just walked away and his legs did something that he had nothing to do with. He ran up the hill and when he couldn't see the bear anymore he went back and started picking again. -
The Porcupine
Brian was sleeping and was awakened by a shuffling sound in his shelter. He grabbed his hatchet and through it and it sailed harmlessly into the wall and a shower of sparks rained down and he felt as if you had stabbed dozens of needles into his calf. It was porcpuine that had stumbled into his shelter that night and when he through the hatchet it slapped with its tail of quills. -
The Fire

The Wolf
Brian had almost come in between a mama bear and her cubs and he turned around and saw a wolf looking at him. He just knodded at it and it walked away up the hill followed by some more equally large wolves behind it. -
Turtle eggs
Brian was sleeping and he heard a swooshing noise outside in the sand. It stopped for a minute and and then he heard it again and then heard a splahing sound in the water. The next morning he studyed the tracks and there was a pile of loose sand he dug about 4 inches down and in a little chamber that had perfectly round eggs. Brian had finally figured out what had come up here, it was turtle that had come up to lay eggs. -
The Cutting
Brian was tired of being on the island so he took his knife and cut himself. He thought in his mind, cloud down cloud down cloud down, he wanted all of his clouds to come down; he wanted to die. -
The Missed Search Plane
Brian was chopping down wood for a bow and heard a search plane. He ran and ran and ran and got a burning piece of wood and lit the wood he kept on top of his shelter and in minutes he had a bonfire going. Smoke rolling off of the top. He heard the plane rumble away until he could'n't even hear it in his hopes, in his dreams. -
The First Feast Day
Brian had just made a bow and he shot a fish cooked and ate it. He continued that process until it was dark. -
the skunk
Brian had went to sleep and the fire was still burning an d in the gleam of light he could see a skunk in his turtle eggs. It looked almost cute, Its little hed bowed, But those were his eggs and he had to get them back. He picked up a handful of sand and threw it at the skunk. He got sprayed and was temperarely blind. -
The Foolbird
Brian had speared a foolbird and had never tasted anything as good as that first meat. -
The Twister
After the moose attack Brian felta huge gust of wind, he thought for a minute and he said "It's a tornado". -
Time to Remodel
After the tornado, the porcupine, and the skunk Brian wanted to make a more safe shelter. -

Survival Pack
After the tornado, the tail of the plane was sticking out of the water. Brian thought of the treasures that he might find. -
The Rescue
Brian had just found the survival pack in the tail of the plane. He not knowingly turned on an Emergency Transmitter. It signaled a passing plane, the pilot saw the tail of the plane sticking out of the water. He circled over, landed on the water, and rescued Brian.
