In the year of 1949 Gehry had moved to Los Angelos in order to do college and then start and graduate from the University of Southern California's School of Architecture. In the year of 1956 Gehry went to Massachusetts to go to Harvard Graduate School of Design, but had eventually dropped out. -

Launching into his Career
Between the years of 1969 and 1973, Ghery had made his own cardboard furniture line by the name of 'Easy Edges'. These were made from corrugated cardboard, and were known to have sold within these few years.
He had opened this cardboard furniture line when he finished going to school at Harvard. -
Ghery's Career
Ghery had soon come less appreciative of carboard furniture, and turned to designing homes since it was what he wanted to do the most. Ghery had began modeling and designing homes in the 1980's, and had soon become more famous. The location he had started designing these homes was when he was in Southern California. -
Later Life
Around the year of 1989, Ghery had received a Pritzker Prize from USC's School of Architecture to honor his architectual skills. In the earlier years, he had also been a professor at Columbia University, Yale University and also the University of Southern California in architecture. -
Gehry Partners, LLP
In the year of 2001, Gehry had opened his own partnership and employed seniors that had great architectural skills, including technical development and so on. The projects the firm undertakes is based off of Gehry's designs and are made by him. The firm also relies on a particular program by the name of 'Digital Project' . -
Film Life
Around the year of 2005, Ghery had not only been playing on TV shows including The Simpsons, but he also had a documentary of his life and work curtesy of Sydney Pollack, a director. -
Fame
In the year of 2009, Ghery was in an interview for the British newspaper known as 'The Independant' and had explained why he does not quite enjoy the term he has been known for- 'starchitect'. -

Recent Projects
Around 2010, Ghery's projects had included more popular buildings; the Facebook HQ in California, and the memorial to Dwight Eisenhower in Washington.
The memorial was to be $142 Million.
It was to have been constructed within the year of 2012, however, was stalled due to the Eisenhower family. -
Ghery's Return
Up to the year of 2011, Ghery had made buildings that had soon become famous and turned to special attractions. One of the buildings he had made was the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and many other famous buildings based in Spain, Los Angelos, and many other places. When the year of 2011 came around, he had gone to being a residential designer, and had come up with a skyscraper that was based in New York, and also the Opus Hong Kong Tower that resides in China. -
His Projects Continued
In the month of March 2013, a United States representative by the name of Rob Bishop had initiated a new design with a new bill in competition for the memorial project and had gotten rid of some of its already approved funding for it.
