Henry deserves a C. He may have given people freedom and ended a war. But, he also started wars and killed off random people. That means half the stuff he did was wrong. -

He deserves a D because though he may have given religion freedom. He failed at doing the things a king should do and brought treason onto him and his family. He also caused France to almost go bankrupt. -
